The life work of Quateman, a prolific songwriter, performer and author, centers on caring about personal and physical environment issues and the many pathways of true compassion. About his song, Quateman says, Nearly eighteen years ago, I woke up at 3 a.m. on a rainy night while visiting in London with the words and music of a fully realized song playing in my mind. What streamed out became the song, Last Night, I Dreamed We Fixed the World, a prayer-like plea for a world, safe to live in. Bills gifted song now finds its purpose and comes to us to help inspire a world in true need of its timeless message that asks all humans to care for and share with each other.
